The Bamfsies Announce the Best Superhero RPGs!

I'd really love to play just about any of these. I've got the rule books for Icons Assembled Edition and BASH! Ultimate Edition gathering dust on my shelf, just waiting for my group to finally finish our D&D 5e adventure so I can run one of them.

The Biggest RPG Story of the Year?

If that's what it ends up being, I imagine a lot of people will be very disappointed/underwhelmed. The phrase "the biggest RPG story of the year" conjures up much grander thoughts.

Best (but simple) Superhero Game out?

Out of curiosity, which system did you end up deciding to go with? /sigh. I'd love to be "limited" to once a week. I have two groups that are limited to once per month, and sometimes one of those groups has to skip a month. :(

Announcing the BAMFSIES - a RPG awards focused on superhero RPGS

I'm frustratingly close to being able to run a one-shot of Icons, but our current D&D 5e adventure—which I'm playing, not running—keeps stretching on. I'm hoping they enjoy it enough that we can alternate D&D and some sort of superhero game. (I'm thinking BASH! might work better for a longform...
