Haven't tried it due to lack of access. The app is only available on Android and iOS, so those of us with Windows phones and on desktops are left out of viewing what should pretty much just be a PDF.

Regarding the bolded part in quote, what is the limit of "close?" If a convention in Seattle, WA runs an Epic, does that prevent a convention in Portland, OR from running that same Epic or vice-versa?
