    Multiclassing howto?

Yep got it. Well, Twin Strike is ok like that, with OOE and Twin Strike, and hopefully getting a Jagged weapon, was going crit-fishing. You're right though, need to work on Strength to maximize it. I'm just playing with this right now, gonna do a few "test" rounds with my son to see how it...

    Multiclassing howto?

That was it - I found it just before I got the e-mail notifier about this reply. I had adept power 1 feat level too high. Thanks!

    Multiclassing howto?

Okay, thanks guys for the replies. I took these 4 feats: 2 bladed warrior Novice Power Adept Power Acolyte Power and I'm level 14 with strength 14 and dex 14. So I should be able to do this, right? Thanks!

    Multiclassing howto?

    Yes, please! :)

    Multiclassing howto?

Okay, I'm confused - I'm running a test Avenger (lev14) at my house, just for learning purposes and I can't quite figure out how to make him multiclass into ranger. I took these feats: 2 bladed warrior Novice Adept Acolyte but at level 11 I can't actually find paragon multiclassing to pick...

    Avenger and Twin Strike question

Honestly, because of their past rulings, I did not expect to get half-elf either. I was disappointed (because they've always said, how does this change tie into the game, how can you explain it in the plot/storyline, etc. I did that, rather effectively I thought), but not surprised by the...

No magic item option rule location?

On the first page when I loadup my characters now, there is an option to include "inherent bonuses" for non magical games. I think its under the spellscarred option box... Just checked, yep, it is... Hope this helps.

    Avenger and Twin Strike question

Oh, meant to put this in the other reply... So I guess Ranger's Twin Strike by Paragon MC, as has been suggested as an alternative still creates its own problems because of my DMs. With Paragon MC, I lose Student of Caiphon or Radiant Servant, so I lose their crit ranges, right? and since our...

    Avenger and Twin Strike question

Well, basically I was going for the crit fishing/extra damage. Right, the extra rolls and percentage increase for crits. I was hoping the DMs would just let me switch to Half-Elf from Human but they won't. I don't know if you've seen some of my earlier posts in another threads about our DMs but...

What do you call your company of adventurers?

In our current campaign, our little band of merry men (plus 1 gnome and one elf) is known as the: "Kobold Krusaders" :D

    Avenger and Twin Strike question

Well, "harikari" I don't think is a viable option. :) As far as Paragon multiclassing goes... I can take Ranger for a multiclass, but Twin Strike is an encounter power, not At-Will. Versatile Master allows you to make this into an At-Will, but it requires that you be Half-Elf. So....I guess...

    Avenger and Twin Strike question

Gang, is there anything for a Human Holy Avenger that will allow Twin Strike as an At-Will power, aside from Half-Elf and Versatile Master? I'm at level 9, and didn't realize I had to be Half-Elf to get this. The DMs in our game won't let me change to Half-Elf now. (even though I wrote a pretty...

Readied actions triggering off of things that happen in the middle of an action

Okay, I thought it might still apply, not because it was an OA, but that the creatures movement by the person with the readied action was forced, not voluntary. Otherwise, with my Avenger, I'd be tempted to push, pull, and slide targets by my teammates all day long. :D Thanks!

    The One Sword question

Just curious, as it didn't seem clear to me, on the 2nd attack of "The One Sword", that one that dazes if it hits, what happens if you roll a critical? I mean, its not [W] damage, so is the crit damage assessed from your weapon? If you have Devastating Critical as a feat, is it assessed also...

Readied actions triggering off of things that happen in the middle of an action

The answers in this thread seem to indicate this is okay, but I didn't think this was possible. I thought, according to the PH1/2 that any move that was forced didn't provoke an attack. That's the way we've been playing it in our campaign too. Can someone please clarify this? Thanks! :)

[Avenger] To fullblade or not to fullblade

I still think a Jagged Execution Axe is hard to beat... 19-20 Crit range High Crit dmg Brutal 2 property D12 Now if I could only talk our DMs out of the belief that Magic is non-existent, the weapon you have should last you at least 10-20 levels, weapon mods? We don't need no stinkin' weapon...

    Does phasing provoke?

To make it even more interesting though, and just for the sake of argument, the NPC you are passing is engaged in combat with someone from your team - so its back is to you. So technically it doesn't have LOS because its facing the wrong way... Just kidding - but I figured someone would bring...

2nd weapon in character builder problem?

Yep, hence why I said the confusion was on my part. :) Thanks everyone for the replies - great group here.

2nd weapon in character builder problem?

Okay, thanks for the replies everyone. Yep, after reading up more on this, I reckon the confusion is on my part. I thought, for example, if you had 2 longswords (versatile), one in each hand, and the main one was rending, along with 2 weapon fighting (and 2 weapon opening), that you could hit...

Are Any Of Your Players Really Unlucky?

Dang! :( Just out of curiosity - does he roll the Die one at a time against his OOE target? This is gonna sound strange, but if I roll them one at a time, I'll consistently roll 2 lower scores, whereas if I roll both Die at the same time, I consistently hit. Odd, eh?
