I think that my feel of cheating has come from his two turns per round. I've been allowing him to treat each body as a separate entity. So if I restrict him to using his actions on either/or character, out should retain the balance

So perhaps she might start making him take actions that severely anger the townsfolk or his party members. Maybe the assassination of a regent or head of the church is in order...

I have a ddi subscription and it wasn't in there, but it would make sense if the dragon magazine he showed me was not 4e. I think that is a good amount of info to judge against. Maybe I'll just drop a frost titan on his head and make him reroll from the character creator.

Its not a deva, but a davati. They are In one of the dragon magazines. This part got left out of my original post for some reason. The davati are a split soul vessel basically. So two bodies sharing one soul. Which means in total he is doing around 70 dmg a round. Which is why it seems to high...

He is a lvl 10 Devati? Blackguard (fury vice). He is using relocation blade (teleporting longsword)? And he seems on average to be claiming way more damage than everyone else. Upward of 25 even in low rolls
