    What are the 'Killer Feats'?

Anything that adds a bonus to hit since those are extremely rare.

    Hellish Rebuke.....

A great use is to partner with a paladin and trigger an OA from his Divine Challenge target.

    Hellish Rebuke.....

Only if their Int is equal or greater than their warlock casting stat...otherwise, the hit to attack is not worth it. It's a great class for Wizards though, better than any warlock paragon class for locks.

Deadly Axe Feat - Is there a point?

Halberds are also Axes. I don't think they have High Crit normally.

    Move though an enemy space?

Bullrush let's you push them, allowing movement through their square. Every class it seems also have powers that push or slide foes as part of an attack. Oh, and killing them is always good.

D&D 4E The Quest to use the Half-Elf's Dilettante (4e spoilers)

Unless you're building a Star pact lock, you don't really need both Con and Cha. Fey is just Cha+Int and Infernal is Con+Int. If you go either of those routes, you can pump up Str for Fey pact or Wis for Infernal pact, allowing you to MC easier into other classes.

Were wizards more secondary stat based in the playtest?

Wizard MAD is hidden in the feats that they want to take. If they want certain abilities from feats (especially at the Paragon/Epic levels) they'll need to start off with higher stats in certain ability scores. So yeah, it's not explicitly stated in the Wizard description, but if you read the...

What is the point of implements?

Look into Paragon Feats. There is one there that is absolutely fantastic and worth having good Dex for.

    Sample Character request: Warrior/Mage

A tactical Warlord with Wizard MC comes close I think. A Paladin with Warlock MC also has nice synergy. In any case, I would probably go human for the extra feat since MCing tends to eat up a lot and melee types need more feats than casters it seems.

    Burning hands decays even more?

Why use an area effect for a single target? Why not one of his at-wills? The reason we had to look for versatility in every single 3e spell is because of the vancian system. One use and poof, they're gone for the day. Finding ways to use them means that you didn't waste space memorizing...

Stealth - How does it work?

Please read Stealth again. Look at the Success result for Stealth. If you read that and you still say that the opponent is aware of you...then we'll just have to agree to disagree.

Stealth - How does it work?

Not true. They can be aware of you. The monster can watch you walk around the corner. As soon as you hit the corner and gain cover from them, you can attempt a stealth check. That second part about the opponent not aware of you is nowhere in the skill description. The Stealth check once...

    Multiclassing woes

Not as well as cleric or ranger MC though. Cleric grants more healing. Ranger grants reactionary attacks + movement. Fighter gets enough healing recovery on its own (many dailies or utility powers allow you to use a healing surge or grant temp HPs).

    Ki and Elemental - Whatever

From one of the other posts talking about the nature of the planes that the feywild is a "brighter" reflection of the prime, full of life and magic and that the shadowfell is a "dark" reflection of the prime, full of entropy and shadow. I guess it depends on what is the real definition of...
