Sigil always seemed to me like a giant interplanar flea market more than anything else. It never really seems particularly clean, safe or welcoming, but you can find anything in there. Not large quantities of goods, mind you, but answers or the odd bit you need for your quest.

I'm going to have to disagree with you on this. The sculpts from the entire Legendary Encounters line were all early Dark Heaven models, and none of them are particularly exciting. They're more expensive, and have a much lower variety. That's the trade off for having non-blind assortment.
