    A question for Scott Rouse

Unfortunately, the 2008 release schedule isn't officially announced, meaning that no one can really talk about the products. As I understand it, officially announced means appearing on WotC's Products page.

    Cover of City of Stormreach

I'm really curious as to what the full two-page spread looks like. Has anyone else noticed that this is the second cover drawn by Steve Prescott rather than Wayne Reynolds, Dragons of Eberron being the first?

Pirate's Guide to Freeport -- Impressions?

From what I understand, it advances the timeline.

    Wizards 2008 releases?

Very much so, I actually looked forward to purchasing one book a month. It was a cheap allowance of $20 a month (Amazon.com) for something to add value to my campaign and personal entertainment.

    Wizards 2008 releases?

A revision with shiny, newly tweaked rules? :P

    Wizards 2008 releases?

Hmmm... subscribe to an online collection of all WotC D&D material from which you can search, pick, and compile rather than buy books without indexes through which you have to hunt for that one piece of information you need? There's some appeal to that. I'd rather be able to compile electronic...

    Dragon-themed dice ?

I've been eying them for some time on Paizo's site for the same reasons as your own. http://paizo.com/store/gameAids/dice/byManufacturer/qWorkshop/byType/diceSets/dragons I just can't justify that price for a set of dice.

Pitch me your ulitmate D&D movie

The Dreaming Dark A film that blends noir and pulp action with traditional fantasy fiction to create a world that is a more familiar, modernized environment. The newest setting from Wizards of the Coast, Eberron is a world that borrows heavily from Hollywood classics such as Casablanca and The...

    Vancian Magic, I love it.

Complete Psionic's backcover text also refers to Expanded Psionics Handbook as being a core book. back on topic, I'd prefer a magic system that was identical to the Expanded Psionics system. In this model, you would know or prepare a single spell that can be augmented with spell points to apply...

Never heard of Thoon before, and when I Googled the word, I came across this article from the Sharn Inquisitive.

    Tell me about Greyhawk

That's the Living Greyhawk Kingdom of Nyrond regional web site. I'm sure they have permission to post that content.

    Tell me about Greyhawk

I'm surprised History of the Greyhawk Wars Wars hasn't been mentioned. It's a great resource for fairly recent history. I used this document as a means for my players, none of whom knew anything about Greyhawk, to connect to the setting.

    WOTC Map Galleries

Scott, I've voiced this concern elsewhere, as have others, but I'd like to reiterate the need for higher-res maps, particularly encounter maps such as those in the new delve format. I wouldn't expect to print these to 1" grids, but I would like to be able to use them with virtual tabletop tools...

    Three Dragon Ante

Has anyone else been tempted to play with $50 worth of US gold dollars or just me? :uhoh: [Not on a regular basis, of course. Just once in a while.]

Eberron Forge of War - info?

That "fight" is over. Keith's even partaken in the conversation, but not in an aggressive way. The thread was more of an analytical one. Anyway, there are excerpts including a ToC on WotC's site. You should be able to extract the number of pages pertaining to each topic.

    Google Earth

I'd like to find a way to create a Google Earth layer using fantasy maps such as Eberron or Oerth.

Custom Counters - Making them or Having them Made

MS Word has a grid feature. Just set the grid to 1 inch and size accordingly. If you need small creatures, set the grid to .5 inches instead. Then set Word to snap to grid. I use this method when I print tokens from my copy of Counter Collection Gold Digital 2.0.
