I'm running a campaign right now for a handful of twenty-somethings where all of their characters have been transformed into anthropomorphic forest animals trapped in a land of myrth and whimsy. Some of them have professed a love of the Redwall series.

I think This works in Shadowdark because it is so quick and simple: you decide how much guild your going to spend on carousing then you roll on a table for the results. I would suggest keeping it simple in the execution but complex in the setup to support system masters who enjoy that feeling...
