    I think its quite obvious that the orb/capture version of the spell allows a reflex check. The flat wall version does not. How can you use it any other way? =) They specifically say in the spell with the 'capture' version the target gets a reflex.

    I just want to get clarification on how many eye stalks can attack at once. 3 per arc (left, right, forward, back, down) meaning all 10 stalks can be used as long as no more than 3 are pointed in those arcs? Or is he limited to firing off only 3 eye stalks per round in one arc? thanks!

    First off, Gah, whats wrong with tables! I love them =( Secondly, I find Necromancer games good for DMs that have their own world. The stuff they create is a tool for the DM to use. If you have your own story and need a dirty dungeon, hellish hole or the like then they got what you want.
