That is a spicy meatball of a PDF! I just ran the opening to MoN last month when half of my gaming group was on vacation. They didn't get far, it was just to fill an evening with play. It was, in fact, enormous fun. I am interested in this companion.

Got the sail in place today as well as a couple of other details. Almost ready for painting!

Had a little time today to get some more work done on the airship! The engines were put in place as well as the fuselage.

Got the mast in place! It required a bit of work from a Dremel to create a slot for it to fit into the hull.

Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. I just gave it a read-through. I have been looking for a good RPG to start with my 13-year old and as much as I love Labyrinth Lord, the attack matrix can slow things down; this is a great OD&D variant. Love it!
