The copyright page for the PDF still shows it as being the first printing; it has some (but not all) of the original errata corrected. At a guess, I'd say it incorporates the corrections from the 2008 Deluxe Edition, but not any of the later fixes.

Purchased. The maps look great, and I appreciate that the download includes DM versions (.jpg files) and two different player versions (one with a grid, one without, .pdf files) for most of them. Very helpful for use at the table.
