    Battlemind article out

One thing I thought was beneficial was spelling out just what get changed when you augment the at-wills much more thoroughly. There were some cases in the psion that I wasn't quite sure if a condition was replacing another condition, or in addition to the original.

    Ancestral Weapon - Blood-Spattered Fury

Personally, I'd look at their basic attack and treat that as their [W] (or 1/2 that number of dice at epic). But yeah, that's very odd. Definately something to ask WotC about.

    Elemental Power Source

Jim Butcher's Furies series are definately awesome. I'm not sure how'd they'd work in 4e, but I'd love to see someone try. :)

    I Want More Adventure Tools!

This. This is probably the most annoying thing I've found about the monster builder. Maybe I'm just missing something, but having to cut&paste to a word processor to print out the monsters for use int he game is less useful.

Dragon 381 - Class Acts: Paladin

I seem to recall a side bar talking about the evil dieties, plus The Raven Queen even though she's not evil, switing the radiant damage to necrotic damage. So, while it wasn't followed up on till now, it was always there.

    Choosing Magic Items: Daily Powers?

I try to have 1 or 2 daily powers in my magic items, so that I can actually use that resource, and the rest of them I'd rather have encounter powers, or properties. Being able to use 2 of 6ish powers really isn't that useful, unless they're situational(in which case they'd better be on...

    Is WOTC headed for a TSR-ending? :/

The sad part is when I read that, my first thought was that we'd never see PHB6, and therefore we'd be missing a power source or 2.

    D&D 4E Two Camps of 4e Players (a rant)

In 3e, though, you had to enchant each end of the weapon separately. If even the plus on the weapon isn't going to migrate to the other end, why would any other effect of the enchantment do so?

Dragon 379 - Class Acts: Cleric Essentials

I liked the article, it had some great points in how to play clerics. When/if my group tries out 4e, i'll likely print these articles out to give to those people. However, I had to say I strongly disliked the Harbringer of Rebirth. Now, this is probably a personal issue. I like having death...

Ampersand: Martial Rituals in Martial Power 2

Well, with the ritual casting system, mastering the ritual itself has no cost at all, as long as you have access to the ritual when you perform it. So, everyone in a party with the ritual caster feat can master and use everyone elses rituals. Martial whatevers(I can't seem to remember the name...

On homogeneity, or how I finally got past the people talking past each other part

There are some people who enjoy the challenge of making an effective character. For them, the game starts not when you all sit down to play your first session, but when they sit down with the rule books and start statting out a character. From that point of view, the game is less. My opinion...

    PH3 Preview: SKill Powers

Not only is Healer's Gift a minor action, but it triggers the full Second Wind ability, including anything that triggers of it(such as the defense boost, or a Wardens ability). Faith Healing is a healing ability that anyone can pick up if their trained in religion. Is a cleric going to take...

    AV2: legacy weapons?

there's nothing like the Legacy weapons of 3e(or Thread Items from Earthdawn which I've always liked). You can, as always, upgrade your weapon's enhancement bonus without having to switch out weapons. That was introduced as an alternate use for Enchant Item in AV1.

What feats need to be added to the game?

I had to look when I was looking at MCing a warlock for a game. And the rules state that you can only take class-specific multi-class feats for one class (PHB 208). Which means for all but the primal classes, you can take 2 or 3 of the MC feats, not counting the paragon multiclassing feat...

[RPGA] Organized Play Support for Dark Sun

Even it's not a Living Campaign, something like Green Regent/Mark of X would be awesome, and might be easier on your resources.

    D&D 4E 4e Dark Sun

Why not just change the Radiant damage type in all divine spells to match their elemental forcus? Maybe give them something like the Sorcerer ability to ignore some resistance to go with it.

    D&D gievaways @ Gen Con

Thank you, Scott. Looking forward to it.

    Damage roll debuff (enlarge spell)

There is also Spell Accuracy, which lets you except squares from your Area/Close attacks. It's epic tier, though. If your an eladrin, there's always the heroic feat in Arcane Power that lets you use your Fey Step on someone who foolishly wanders into your area of effect.

    your favorite adventure paths/mega-dungeons/campaign modules?

While its not 3e, my 2 favorite megacampaigns were Night Below and the Temple of Elemental Evil(which we converted to 2e and then to 3e). Great fun, and fond memories. I still found it hillarious that the drow bladesinger in our group had led a group of drow to the surface to refound...

In case you missed it: WotC 2010 Spring Catalog

But as I understand it, they're really, really short. Someone else probably has the specific numbers, but it was like ~30 pages was all. :D
