I still say we get rid of Paladins. They're the Clerics moodier, stuffier older brother. They bring sand to a beach; they inject NOTHING new into the game that Clerics or frickin' Fighters couldn't cover.

Actually, I know a few jocks who'd rather sit down, roll up a character, and play. :) You're right about perspective, though. 4E, Pathfinder...whatever. They're just GAMES, for crying out loud.

See, that's really setting dependent. Half the time relations between elves and humans seems to be cordial enough, to a point where it shouldn't be THAT hard for a half-elf to come to some kind of understanding. "I'll celebrate human holidays, but still take the elven ones off from work."...

A human that doesn't do things as well as other humans, but talks about them way more than an elf would.

Uh, no. The guy engaged in piracy. Which is different from theft. If he had gone to a store and stolen a physical copy, that would be theft. But since WotC/distributors still have their physical copies of their books, as well as access to digital copies, he logically couldn't have "stolen"...

The best laid plans...;) The article was a bit blah, yeah. I agree with Klaus; we had the Bane article, why not something in the similar vein for Bahamut? Those are two gods that are at each other's throats constantly. The two articles together would be a big help for DMs AND players.

It should be a completely CGI film. Backstory for the main characters could be given in a cool little intro...wouldn't take more than, what, five to ten minutes? And D&D movie plot isn't going to be crazy complex.

Tired out Godlike finally! I know it's been in print for a while, but I only just found out about it a year ago, and have been itching to play it. Gritty WW2 battle scenes with superheroes thrown in. Freaking. AWESOME. :D
