    just wondering what "at will" actually mean? since I can't find anything explaining it (I am lazy, so I haven't looked very hard) I thought that I would ask here. is something that can be used "at will" used at will, as a free action once each round or as a standard action?

    New haste on WotC website!

    wrong I think the changes to the haste spell are all wrong. I like the old one, it was overpowered, yes, but it still seemed logical, the new version doesn't. Why couldn't they just have put it on a higher level, like 5th or so?

    yes, it's a bit overpowered but there are PrC that are much better. the most positive thing with this PrC, if you ask me, is the fact that you now will be able to play a decent necromancer for the first time in DnD3E history, yay!
