According to TV Tome, Comfort and Joy was the last episode shown (Dec 13, 2003). I'm hoping they'll show it next Saturday as a full length movie since this Saturday will have the Batwoman movie.

AFAIK, its the first of the three part (unless they do another 90 minute movie) season 2 finale, which has yet to see airtime (at least in the States). The events that happen in the movie change the League for the third season, which you can find elsewhere.
