Leveling is not an instantaneous event that is going to happen in the 10 minutes you have a stat buff running, so I'd have to vote No. As far as stat-boosting magic items, i;d vote yes.

Scrags with sahaguin and sharks in the water. Scrags just try and grapple&drag or bullrush PC's into the water with the sharks. An aboleth with a couple of skum thralls might not be too bad for that level of party.

Charging only provokes an AoO from the target if the target has greater than 5' of reach. There's nothing special about a charge that says it DOES provoke an AoO any differently than any other form of movement, was the point I was trying to make, but without being overly verbose so of course...

Is there texual support FOR a charge provoking an AoO from its target that you're thinking of ? (Charge) When you set a spear against a charge, that would be 'readying an action' I believe.
