Same-named game element = two copies of the same feat, or two copies of the same power. It doesn't mean "any two feats". For example, take the Warding Defense feat: If two adjacent allies popped Total Defense and had that feat, you'd only get the benefit from one of them.

You're over-thinking it. Using one of these utilities simply adds some extra rules onto your existing Wild Shape power; with the exception of the specific differences they specify, your Wild Shape still functions exactly as it would normally, so you can still use whatever powers you normally...

It's "Deluxe" compared to the thinner laminated one from the DM kit, not compared to the old (pretty much identical) heavy screen.

The inside appears to be identical to the DM kit screen, but with the Cover and Concealment tables replaced with Skill Challenge Complexities and Charging. Everything else looks exactly the same. WAY better art, though. :D

I don't think they've ever reprinted a tile set. Ones that sell out are simply gone. Your choices are basically to order internationally, or pick it up on something like eBay.
