I would agree. Luckily, TSR put an ugly orange spine on all the books that were crap. It makes it easy to sort the good from the bad on your shelf.

If you are using 10+, your actually giving all PCs +2 on every roll. The Orc's BAB should be +3/15 if you want the chances to work out as if rolling RAW. I've done the same thing and I'm glay they're getting rid of saving throws. Aaron
