Yes, this. I might also allow a character to gut punch an npc, placing this condition on them. Hitting a male in the groin would also work.

I have considered it, but it really delves into the idea of the Golden Age that came before a typical D&D setting, and presents a world that never moved on. There are a lot of D&Disms in it.Something to think about though. edit: typoes on my iphone. En World isn't displaying properly.
