I don't think i've ever used anything but homebrew. I felt as if changing another for the sake of my story would be an insult to the writer. I used planescape back in the day but that was mostly b/c with infinite planes, i just threw in my own planes wherever i needed them. Kinda handy actually.

As far as i can tell, there's 2 units in your pic with 1 adjacent unit, and 1 unit with 2 adjacent units. I've always played with corners counting.

my party is 5 strikers and a defender, it's rare they get a second milestone.
