    In my opinion you can use rule of medium to small size equipment. Equipment for small size character weights 1/4 as much as for medium sized ones, so transformation from large to medium size 40/4 is 10 lb. You can also check PHB where the characteristics for armour for large size are written.

    Longsword has to be +1 enchanted to put Keen enchantment on it - way past 2700 gp I think the same is with Mithral chain shirt. Best objects in my opinion are Bag of holding and Boots of striding and springing. I would probably take boots.
