OH! I get it, if you want to use DM fiat, it is an automatic success, like being able to hide in plain sight standing 5 feet from your opponent with no cover. However, if anyone else wants to use DM fiat, that happens to use perfectly reasonable applications of a spell, it is an automatic win...
