Back in my teens when I broke both my hips, I was flat on my back for more then 6 months. I grew to love this really bad Aussie soap called Holiday Island. I would watch it at 3pm then stay up and watch the repeat of it at 2am the following morning. Yes, I was very bored.

I really wish they would leave classics as classics. How about moving ahead and making some new adventures that will become classics in the future? It is like making a remake of the same movie over and over again. It just becomes boring and stale. To me this just shows a lack of imagination...

Started book one of the Saga of the Seen Suns by Kevin J Anderson, called Hidden Empire. I am enjoying it a lot. The other half is up to book 4 and she says it gets better all the time.

I agree with you Mcrow. I have gone to the point of asking all my regular players what they want to see in a world. But I do like your idea. Thanks for the hint.

You take a small race for your PC, you win some and you loose some. Swings and roundabouts really. I see no problem with the 3.5 weapon size rules at all.

Just finished watching the 2nd and last :( season of Dead Like Me and have moved onto the short 1st season of Weeds. After that I am going tossing up to start watching Lost series 1 (never seen it) or catch up with some movies I have not seen yet.

I am really digging the new self titled album by a NY band called The Bird and the Bee. Mellow stuff except for track 3.

I have thought of getting around this by making the players roll up a lot of d20s before they start the game and using them for checks that they may make in this situation. The only problem I see with it is that we use action points so doing it this way may disadvantage them by not allowing...
