Sorry, I think I still don't understand. Why is the dolphin not bold/italic'ed then since it is medium sized/not on the standard list? I think the magic resistance doesn't necessarily apply to the warlock's familiar in that case...

Why are some of the familiars in bold/italics? Also, wow, those boons are not balanced against each other. Magic resistance for the cost of a feat is perhaps a bit much.
