HitPoints fluff and crunch in 4th ed d&d

I don't think I've ever heard someone argue that hit points are less useful to a wizard than to a fighter. If anything one would argue that without the benefit of heavy armor and melee skill the wizard would get more out of a higher hit point total. It still doesn't change the fact that not...

    LOVE the New Covers!

I guess I prefer minimalist cover art. I would much prefer solid colors with tasteful, subdued art as if framed. Still, these covers look like they'll hold the book together adequately and I don't think I'll spend much time looking at the outside of them.

Personally I'm rather fond of gnomes. The mechanics for them don't bother me muchly to be honest, but I just find that I like them.

What SHOULD be updated in 4.0?

I second the turn undead rules change being necessary. (Though I'm fairly sure that it has been mentioned in the Design & Development articles or in designer blogs) I also would like to see even just a couple of paragraphs clearly outlining the penalties for not eating/drinking/sleeping. Those...

Design and Developments: Dirt, Rocks and 10' halls

I have the smallest bedroom in my house and it is 10x12ft (roughly, I am doing the metric->imperial conversion with a 1m=3ft which I know is wrong but is close enough for government work! :P) and the next larger bedroom is 12x15, then 15x15, until we come to the living room which is around 15x18...
