    RAW: The damage the hit bonus don't have a type, but the hit bonus has a limitation. So the hit bonus doesn't stack, but damage will. Hit bonus is limited by Base attack (what they wrote, can't be greater). Damage bonus isn't limited. CW pg 96.

    Nope, you are sadly right. Concentration doesn't help. You'd need a new skill like Battle Skill. Tumble is Concentration for movement AoO. Concentration is itself for magic.

    Worst: it can use it 3/day. And the recommended tactics: use Blasphemy first. Next you are Naeseated or sickened (if make save) within 10 ft of it. So worst case scenerio for level 11 party: Blasphemy, move up to 10 feet of party. Next blast them with a spell like Choas hammer/Unholy Blight...

    Basically you goofed. 2nd had some rules I think though. But I doubt +3 fists for the Giants even in 2nd. In 3.5, you don't. Giants have high Str to bypass DR (damage only blocked so much) as DR is lower in 3.5.

    Sadly inclusive. Templates that grant size benefits are few (Still can't think of one besides the two mentioned). Too much calculation if had to do it each time changed size. Oh I just remembered Titanic template increases animals/vermin by size.

    Merrulurks are worth the ECL (3 HD, 2 LA). But they get +3d6 sneak attack racially so you only lose skill points from rogue. They get a 1/day stinking cloud breath weapon, etc. They are in Sandstorm. They represent a good balanced HD + LA creature. Drow look better than they are. If Male low...

    No 1/2 Ogre race isn't a template, but a race. The 1/2 Template is better. 1/2 Ogre template is from Dragon Magazine, but 12/ Ogre race is from Races of Destiny I think. Neither canceled each other.

    the worst party ever

    Nah, 5 Bards would kick butt. One buffs everyone with Fire damage, one Cold, one Sonic, One Electric, and one uses normal Bard Song. By level 6, everyone deals +8d6 Fire/cold/electric/Sonic, and has +8 hit/damage and saves vs fear. Really, 5 Bards is awesome if you know what you are doing...

    1/2 Ogre follows MM rules for size increase, but spells follow their own rules (exclusive not inclusive). Enlarge Person only gives +2 Str, -2 Dex even though you should get more. Which is one reason 1/2 Ogre template it is seen as overpowered.

    Blasplemy would have no effect. It relies wholefully on caster. The lowest effect if equal to caster. Since anyone with 2 HD surpasses this, they are immune.

    You can still use spell-likes with 0 casters but they may not have any effect. Daze still works, but fireball does have a caster related benefit (damage).

    I've only seen a Incarnate/Soulborn in play so I'm don't have a real experience with Totomists. But Totomists seem good at doing a huge amount of natural attacks (improving their damage, etc).

    You mentally remove armor add Haste bonus then add back armor mentally. 60 = 40 in heavy armor. That is why.

    Truenamers are a skill based caster: flavor is great, but mechanics aren't.
