Yeah. I hate this, but I think you are right. The whole business side of things, they want to maximize their sales, and the encounter in the box isn't it. Although I love it.

Sometimes there can be paralysis when you try to please everyone perfectly. I'd get a general consensus, but beyond that you have to run what you want to run in order to do your best job.
