One of the perks of the Tales of The Valiant Ranger is that it's Hunter's Mark(Mystic Mark) feature doesn't have concentration AND it scales up a bit. Cuz I do agree that for the WoTC Ranger, it's whole Hunter Mark dependance is weird with Concentration

I like the idea of the Hex blade getting special combat maneuvers they can use against Hexed targets. *Low key wouldn't mind if they expanded that more and they got a battle master lite sort of list for such things *

Hot take: I honestly think that a Ranger's Favored Foe should automatically be under the effect of Hunter's Mark, without the need to cast the spell.

I say ANY 3.0/3.5E book is great for 5E usage strictly for lore or setting info for games if your campaigns take place in said settings.
