High level caster questions!
Try casting Quickened TrueStrike before making touch attacks. Also, at these levels it's very useful having the Automatic Quicken Epic Feat (taken 3 times) and Extra Quicken Epic Feat a few times; this would allow to throw a lot of quickened spells for free on your round. Can a Bard cast a Spell while Singing?
There is a prestige (I believe it was in Complete Arcane) that allows to cast while singing.- xen_xheng
