I strongly disagree. The Bastion is Just using a Whip to be a beautiful scene of death, because Its Fun. We still didn't get a complete build of the wizard. Because The death is certain.

Whip is Just a Fun way to defeat Wizard's with a humilhation. Shocs action to try scape simply fails miseravely with or without whip. But I like The ideia to humiliate The With a Whip. Until the moment, ALL wizard's build presented is defeated Whip Sorcerer 😂😂😂

Until the present the higher Dex score presented is 14. Its 12 AC. Ahahah. We have now a wizard with 18 dex. Create your build, complete with feats and prepared spells. With or Withou whip, It can't scape, but with whip is still more humiliate.

I strongly disagree. Its autohit, his attack roll with a whip is 13-23. Its higher than Wizard's AC inside AMF.
