Did they answer the question yet, how many monsters will be in the first book and what percentage of these will be reprints from "5th edition foes" or the Rappan Athuk KS?

I really like

Thanks, fixed my post. Shouldn't post from work and without consulting the rules again beforehand.
So, what about "I close my eyes and attack the spot in front of me!" ?
Mirror Image is NOT about targeting. You target whatever you like, even the creature being protected by the spell. That only gets magically redirected to an image if you make an attack and if that attack hits. That is the spell. Rationalise it in game however you want. The rules are clear here...
This sound pretty cool. I especially like the fact that you give the higher int(cards) skill roll more cards to choose from. Nice twist.
Two questions:
1) The betting rounds START with optional bluffs, but then normal poker style bets are made?

Out of curiosity [-]my BBEG[/-] - asking for a friend - would like to know what you think is the most easily available protection from this pesky Zone of Truth spell the opposing cleric prepares tomorrow...
(It would be swell if it were available on short notice... I do not have much time to...
I would say no, the first artifact makes you immune. If the second artifact had an effect, that specifically overrode immunity, that would change things, but as stated that seems not to be the case.

No, it doesn't. That is a pretty significant point I never realised until I reread the Dodge action as I couldn't believe this statement. Dodge does not impose disadvantage to an unseen attacker. The dodge action says that you have to be able to see the ATTACKER, not "the attack or projectile or...
If the Goblin ducks behind total cover, hiding doesn't benefit him any more than beeing unseen already does. The Goblin doesn't have to hide to get the advantage on his next bow attack. Merely being unseen gives him this advantage.
Why he SHOULD hide? Well, there are many possibilities. He may...
