Yeah, this is a painful foe to fight, chances are someone is going to look away and wind up being primary target, giving it advantage on those 3 attacks. Erp, Charisma save? Every round? No 24 hour immunity? Ugh, that good AC is going to be a REAL pain when attacking at disadvantage.

WFRP3e had the same problem for me as D&D4E, to my eyes the rule set designed to be as incompatible as possible with previous material. If they make a WFRP4, I hope they go back to using the wargame as a starting point as 1E and 2E did.

Yeah but having the devs put it in the stat block means players have less room to grumble about it when the attack is way better than just a mere scaled up thrown rock.

Fly or die again? Sheesh, at least Paizo had the forsight to give their version the ability to fire spines so it had a ranged attack. Even a Fling ogre sized dirt clod or boulder would have been something. Or at least a Leap and Claw to surprise low fliers.

The modules will probably have solid concepts and plot notions, but it would be pretty hard for them to be written with any real familiarity of the ruleset's potential, since the full ruleset isn't available to anyone outside of WOTC beyond licencee companies.

This is a FEATURE, not a bug. That reasonable people can say hold the phone, that isn't going to happen without magic is what separates table top play from a video game where one just hits a Stealth Hotkey and moves the character down a clear hallway past the orc guards.

I can't speak for others, but I like monsters with big numbers of Hit Dice / HP to be very big.
