Almost everything was issued over the last 6 years. This is not only a 999th version of a tactician. This is a wayto change combat tactics for the group, more like d&d3 but without outshining the feats and features easing combat in 5th edition.

I Changed the class to Guru, with new features. The class is stronger than the Scholar from Adventures in Middle Earth (D&D 5ed version of The One Ring), the closest non-combat class I was able to find on Internet.

There is nothing inherent against using spellcasting system for anything from psi to futurist science.
I never consider resistance. It is true is is strange a system cannot be negate but can be resisted. I guess i'll need another buff to compensate the healing and inspiration nerfs.
I just want to change bardic inspiration, nothing else. And make spells and bardic inspiration wisdom-based will buff the class, since wisdom saves are more frequent than intelligence saves.
I modified the Bard as the Philosopher, using INT instead of CHA and changing the words fluff. Cosmetic changes.

Since there is different uses of hit point dice depending on the DM, do you think it is possible to create a feature affecting HP dice use (regeneration, healing, time-warping fast-forward 1 hour, etc.) or is it unbalancing ?
