All PREVIOUS content will be protected by the OGL 1.0/1.0(a) but once they roll out the new OGL 2.0 they are going to try and deauthorize the use of the 1.0/1.0(a) to prevent people from using it for all future products meaning creators will be banned from it's use once the new OGL 2.0 drops...

I'm laughing and crying having read their "response" since it does nothing! They can claim to be trying to walk back stuff but I see nothing in there about protecting for all time the OGL 1.0 or 1.0a NOR are they saying they will never alter the license to reinstate the stuff they are claiming...

Welp, now I am sure we won't learn anything more until tomorrow and it will probably be "we hear you, but we're going forward on this."

All of this is just mind boggling. If it isn't a full-throated denouncement of the OGL 1.1 and vocal (and preferably written) agreement that under no circumstance would the OGL 1.0 or OGL 1.0a be unauthorized, then WotC has lost business with not just me but also my group.
