    Planescape Primalshard: other "echo" plane.

Fracturia. (Part 1). The demiplane of lighting isn't very interesting for adventurers and explorers, and then it is a good place to hide if you aren't an undead or you could need food and water. Here lost in the space a asteroid floats but don't be tricked, really this is a camouflaged alien...

Dungeons & Dragons Announces Horror Subclasses Unearthed Arcana

We should remember the dark lord Gwydion the sorcerer-fiend. "its" background was like mixing Lovecraft myths and shadow feys. If this was free, it could face Valgavoth(Duskmourn). How would be the "death house" within Duskmourn plane? A new dark domain could be a parody of Stryxhaven...or...

    D&D (2024) What's Your 2026 WotC D&D Wishlist?

Now I am thinking about something I read time ago about a group of Japanases creating a new official D&D settings with a clear inspiration in manga+anime.

D&D (2024) You Can Now Pre-order Eberron: Forge of the Artificer

I wonder about the future rules for implants or grafts. You know today cyberpunk is more popular thanks the videogame and then some players could want to play a living consctruct (warforged, shardmind, autognome or glitchling) with more freedom for construct grafts/implants. If there are future...

D&D (2024) You Can Now Pre-order Eberron: Forge of the Artificer

I can understand warforged created during the war had got a face more like a mask or a helm but ones created later would have got a more "artistic" human-like face. Ups! Sorry, wrong franchise. What would be I thinking about!? Could a warforged to use four arms like she had the magic item...

Eberron: Forge of the Artificer to Be Priced at $29.99

I wouldn't be too surprised if we see in the future a LEGO:D&D skycoach. I guess those vehicles may too expensive for low-level PCs, or they can't be used to travel toward far lands because it needs a special fuel/energy reload and this is only possible in certain places within capital cities...

D&D (2024) You Can Now Pre-order Eberron: Forge of the Artificer

The official answer by Ed Greenwood in FR the technology for firearms is known but the gunpowder and most of explosives can't work in the same way because the deity Gord doesn't want it. I guess in Eberron there is anti-firearms area magic effects in cities and battlefield. Players with PCs from...

    D&D General A D&D Swashbuckler Class

The Swashbuckler can't be only a warrior without a heavy armor. An archetype has to offer enough variety for different subclasses. 7th Sea could show some example of swordmanship schools as possible subclasses. Some times I imagine swashbuckler and gladiator classes like martial adepts (3.5...

Eberron: Forge of the Artificer to Be Priced at $29.99

Maybe because I am Spanish and my History is different, and then the sensibilities about certain threats may be different. I could understand even WotC made serious efforts to say slavery is wrong some players could want to buy slaves to create a harem of monster girls, or something style Gor...

Dungeons & Dragons Announces Horror Subclasses Unearthed Arcana

"Bruja" (caothic good hag-like creatures) is the Spanish word for "witch". In Galicia (North-West Spain) there are "meigas". If you allow me, the European folklore could be a great source of inspiration. Can you find in internet a traslation of "Legends" by Gustavo Adolfo Bequer? (I warn the...

D&D (2024) Should a general Adventurer class be created to represent the Everyman?

What about the factotum class from 3.5 Dungeonscape? The special class feature is you could change the subclass and this is like multiclassing.

Dungeons & Dragons Announces Horror Subclasses Unearthed Arcana

We may agree Ravenloft is more focused into the personal torment of the dark lords and the fight against the influence of the Dark Powers but someDMs would rather a game style "monster of the week" and the lore of World of Darkness is a too strong influence to be avoided. More of a player will...

Dungeons & Dragons Announces Horror Subclasses Unearthed Arcana

Innistrad has got a lot of gothic horror vibes but they aren't exactly the same. Innistrad is more a continent or even a complete world, and this allows enough space for international conflicts or confrontations among different factions. The dark domains are too small for vampire clans and like...

Dungeons & Dragons Announces Horror Subclasses Unearthed Arcana

My opinion is WotC wants a sourcebook with the Ravenloft logo but the crunch could be used in all the settings. A new "Libris Mortis" could be more focused into monsters and PCs than crunch for PCs. "Open Grave: Secret of Undead" wasn't so cool like Libris Mortis. * What about She was a vamp...

D&D (2024) You Can Now Pre-order Eberron: Forge of the Artificer

Let's say Eberron is "dungeonpunk" and drinks from different sources of inspiration, and the pulp fiction among these. * How would be a crossover "Eberron-New Capena"? Let's remember beyond the capital city the rest is practically post-apocaliptic ruins, awaiting the arrival of explorers. *...

Eberron: Forge of the Artificer to Be Priced at $29.99

A sourcebook about the crunch of Dark Sun is possible but it would need a lot of work. About the "fluff" the thing may be different. My theory is an adventure where the PCs have to travel to the region of Tyr from other plane, or to a new zone that is being settled by natived from the Athasian...
