    You could just make up your own. FRC did that for Drizzt by giving him Guen(panther figurine).

    Warlock Invocations

    I have looked tons of times and can't find how many times a warlock can use an invocation per day. I know eldritch blast is unlimited, but i don't know about blast shaping and other invocations. I was thinking about 3/day since they are a spell-like ability, but any other suggestions.

    Usually i did a roll-it, but for my next campaign i am planning on rolling only for NPC's. Mostly due to the fact that when the paladin rolls he always ends up getting at least two 5 and unders.

    In my campaign you only have to roll to hit an inanimate object if attacking with a ranged weapon or from far away with a ray.

    This is true and I would also like to point out that if they assume the monsters are there, then they will be prepared and ready. But it is all up to the DM in the end.
