so not sure how this would factor into levelled-up bestiary, but in Mome 2 some of the dragons that did not get a great wyrm variant (namely all the gem and essence dragons) now have them, meaning we could to loop around to dragons within levelled-up bestiary that did not have their great wyrm...

I know this is kinda late, but with how the hellwolf statblock handles this that should not be listed as an action.

granted, i would struggle with making a creature template for neutral specifically due to the absence of the other alignments.

kinda wixh you can apply this to plants to get Biollante. granted i imagine you can bend the rules a bit with any template, i believe you already did yourself with a previous one, but still.
