    Almost always the GM, and I always roll behind the screen. It keeps them from seeing when I do roll 2 or 3 back to back 20's and I down grade them to misses when the party is already messed up.

    Sometimes I just tell them if it is way obvious. Sometimes I have an NPC notice for them. Sometimes I have a talking animal run in, deliver its message, then run out. Whatever works, and whatever works for the players.

    I dropped Cable about 3 years ago, and for the most part dont miss it at all. Sadly my 9 year old has discovered sports in a big way. He would watch everything (he says), but I cant get behind a 100.00 cable bill for that. I'd pay for him to see them, but not that much.

    I am running a campaign where a lot of my PC's know the books inside out. We have a inherently good world, and the PC's are evil. I allowed them to pick just about any race, and most of them are human. BUT! I have one who is a pixie. I am having a hard time with the invisibility on this...

    I have not had any PC request this kind of thing. They usually die in a very spectacular fashion, with little time for more than: "Arghhhhhhh!"
