Why, oh why did they have to remove owlbears from the MM? Sure, it was a little awkward when the AI-generated, life-printed owlbear got loose at the “Mutantz & Mysogonistz” attempted relaunch rally and ate Musk and LaNasa, but that hardly justifies replacing them with owlbards in the new edition.

I'd definitely be up for buying, DM-ing and playing in a Hopepunk update of Dark Sun by @Steampunkette , albeit with ONE condition; as a UK gamer, I cant seriously think of any character named Borys (or any spelling thereof) as anything but a corrupt, incompetent and dishonest buffoon.

Personally, I'd go for "Tangled Web of the Demon Queen", but whatever you choose your players are in for a blast! I've run the whole thing twice for different parties, as well as running the Giant threesome on several occasions, and my grandkids and wife will be entering Nosnra's Steading next...

There’s a “niche sport” in England called bog-snorkelling. Essentially, swimming through muddy ditches or small canals, breathing through reeds. A land area blocked by hostile forces could force PCs to bog-snorkel past them, complete with cold muddy water and at least a few giant eels or worse...

I’ve never played in a Neolithic campaign, though I’d love to, but I’m lucky enough to live close to some Neolithic sites, and I’ve gone out with friends a few times and played D&D on summer nights at Coldrum Long Barrow. It’s very atmospheric and can get pretty spooky in darkness.
