Not at all. The rule of creature knowledge is one of a number of factors that influence how a DM interprets a monster's behavior. Narative is another.

Got the monster vault. Sorted the tokens into a Plano Box, put the adventure and map in a binder, and the book on the shelf. The box? its full of older sets of dungeon tiles. I love the box sets and plan on buying more.

I too agree with this. I like the concept of the Wilden, but who wants to look like a Wolverine topiary? I also feel that the three aspects should have greater diversity visually.
