IIRC, there are three (?) feats in the Eberron CS that lets a monk flurry with a specific martial weapon.. I think the weapons were Longsword, Longspear, spiked chain.. (most unsure about the SC - I don't have my books atm). One feat per weapon. MIght be other feats like those in other sources...
