Powers, Feats, Abilities by level: My Best Guess

First off, the table for powers was done by occam; I just inserted my guesses as to where feats and ability score boosts come. Reasoning below. Level At-Will Encounter Daily Utility Heroic Tier 1st 2 1 1 0 Class Features, Feat 2nd - - -...

CLOSED: Final uploaded. Thank you editors.

The Tiers article confirms that HP Method "A" is the correct method. It also confirms that the Warlord has the same HP progression as the cleric and strikers.

    Tiers Excerpt (merged)

I bet you're right about the feat frequency . I'm sure the designers want something easy to remember, and your system is solid, IMO. Your table is really nice. Racial Min-maxing of Defenses

So, it looks like most races will be getting +2 to two different ability scores, and classes will have 2 or 3 important ability scores for that class. It also looks like the defenses (Fort, Reflex, and Will) will be based on the better of the two relevant ability scores: Str or Con, Dex or Int...

    Multiclassing and Powers/Day

If fighter/wizard doesn't do it for you, i believe the forgotten realms player's guide will have the Swordmage base class; might be worth looking into.

    D&D 4E 4e With No Casters?

We don't know that. We know that they have a magical (divine) power source. They'll probably still have some Turn Undead, or perhaps healing a-la Lay on Hands. Saying they use magic is not saying that they will be casting spells, just that they will have class abilities that are magical in nature.

Could someone post the Kalshtar Monk racial substitution levels? I'm curious about those.
