Apparently the Complementary Insight feat from Races of Destiny makes all synergy bonuses +3 instead of +2.

What do those feats do again? I've heard it's a popular combo, but forget what they do.

What I want to know is if they've included the a calculator for weapon proficiency penalties for using a heavy medium longsword with extra wide grip, when I have larger than average hands, with thicker fingers.

I'd go with line A myself. And, if you pimp out your diplomacy, you can get a +15 score right off the bat. Handy for many situations.
