"Sumthin' ain't right....Keep yer eyes peeled... I'll move up, cover me..." Dog moves forward towards the beacon station at a slow walk, rifle at his shoulder scanning left and right.

OOC: whoops my fault sorry. "Damn, an here I was hopin' ta' catch dinner! We're on the bounce Sarge!" Dog slaps rock on his armored shoulder plate and takes off at a trot, rifle in hand.

Dog drops to one knee and draws a careful bead on the lead bug with his rifle before opening fire. "Anyone know if theses things are good fried?" To hit: 16 (roll)+5 (ranged attack bonus) = 21 total damage(assuming I hurt it :P ) 2d8= 3+7=10

"On the bounce!" Dog moves forward, keeping alert for any movement among the nearby rocks and crevasses.

Dog touches down and quickly brings his weapon to hand, turning a slow 360 to watch for any hostiles and to mark his squaddies positions. "This is dog...no hostiles on our asses right now, but they'll be on us like fire ants on a dead possum soon I reckon..."

Dog snaps off a salute as he heads to the dropship. Once there and suited up he double checks the action on his rifle before loading it, and checks that all his magazines and equipment are loaded and secured before stepping into place. "Hang on ta' yer helmets boys, its gonna be a bumpy ride!"
