Doesn't the GSL say that you can't include page numbers because they might change in subsequent printings? This leads me to believe they at least have the intention of adding errata to reprints at some point, because there's no other reason to change the layout.

From a different angle, if the first print of a book said "It was the best of times, it was the blurst of times," would you think that the errata should be included in the second print? What if it said Jebus?. Because that's basically what errata is, corrections to misprints.

If your opening hand was island, sol ring, lotus petal/mox, lion's eye diamond/lotus, painter's servant and grindstone you could go off turn 1. of course, half of those are restricted or banned, depending on what format, and expensive either way. And there are easier ways to go off on turn 1.
