    Your Rpg shelf

I have a database inventory of 543 RPG items, which, while not in the thousands, is enough that I'm not going to list them all here. ;) I've sold a fair amount of stuff over the years in times of financial stress and I also lost a significant collection of AD&D 2nd Edition, BECMI, Palladium...

    Planescape Planescape Collector's Guide

 Still can't give you XP, dangit (guess I'm not very good at the whole "spreading XP around" thing).

    Spelljammer Collector's Guide

Dangit, now I have to go through my files and correct everything. Curse you and your awesomeness! (Still can't give you XP, darnit.)

(Forked) What are your 10 must-read/see geek

Given the site we're on, my list is defined by precisely one criteria...what gets quoted most often at the game table. 1. Star Wars (original trilogy) 2. Star Trek (original series, TNG, and Wrath of Khan) 3. Monty Python and the Holy Grail 4. Lord of the Rings trilogy and the Hobbit 5. The...

Which editions of D&D do you own the core books for?

Mentzer Red Box + Rules Cyclopedia 1st Edition 2nd Edition 3rd Edition 3.5 Edition 4th Edition 4E Essentials Over the years as finances have waxed and waned, my collection has as well. I started with the Red Box and RC and moved on to AD&D 2E. My collections of those were lost in a move just...

    Greyhawk Collector's Guide

I've been combining them into a database for my own personal use (just the actual game books and novels, not the "living" stuff or oddball merchandise).

    Evil DM Moments

Hollow's Last Hope, prequel adventure to Crown of the Kobold King... The party is investigating the burnt out orphanage and they find a girl, apparently a survivor, and apparently traumatized. They take pity on her and keep her with them as they continue to investigate. They find a cellar and...

    Please help test something

Bit of an oops/uh oh here... I clicked on the FB connect button, clicked yes on the FB "allow this page access" and then was logged out of EN World and logged in as a different user (nedjer specifically) without inputting a password. I logged back out immediately, but if I'm not the only one...

    Do you like Mountain Dew?

I'm one of those that used to drink it by the liter but stopped for health reasons. Not diabetic, that I know of, but needed to lose weight. Now, the smell of it turns my stomach. Still need my caffeine, though, so its Diet Coke (around 6 or 7 of those a day) with Splenda.

    1st Edition Collector's Guide

Minor Correction - H3: The Bloodstone Wars should be June 1987 not June 1986. ;)

    2nd Edition AD&D Collector's Guide

As usual, you are my hero. :D Minor addition. Tome of Magic had a softcover reprint similar to the Player's Option books, printed in 1996 according to the credits page.

    Are you a "closet gamer?"

I get paid to be loud and proud... So maybe I'm not the right person to ask. ;)

Dumping 80% of my gaming collection

Unfortunately, I already have the two hardcovers and am not terribly interested in Spectre of Sorrows. Thanks anyway, though.

Dumping 80% of my gaming collection

Wish I'd seen this sooner, I would have snagged the Dragonlance stuff. :.-(

    Best D&D Adventures

My list is almost purely based on nostalgia rather than quality (though there are some quality modules here I suppose). X1: Isle of Dread - First module I ever played. X6: Quagmire - First module I ever DMed. Dark of the Moon (Ravenloft) - Really the only 2E module I ever ran, but many...

    oWoD Umbra Source Material

Off the top of my head... The Umbra sourcebook for Werewolf: The Apocalypse (also a revised version) The Book of Worlds for Mage: The Ascension Wraith: The Oblivion (pretty much the entire line deals with the Dark Umbra)

    Skynet is alive!

I like the idea of him playing the older human that the T800 was modeled from. My T5 script - Pick up where Salvation left off and tell the story of getting Kyle Reese to the time portal thingy. Arnie's older human character helps them even as he's also sending the first T800 back...because he...

    Thanks ENWorld

Back in October/November 2010 time frame three opportunities fell into my lap almost simultaneously. So, thank you to... Morrus, for the short lived EN World comic strip experiment (that didn't go so well, but it was a learning experience)...and, of course, for running the place. Steve...

I need help brainstorming a vanilla, mainstream futuristic religion

Another Babylon 5 reference... Foundationism - A seeker's religion/philosophy where the basic idea is to find what all the other religions have in common, their "Foundation," and build your beliefs around that. So, for example, if most of the faiths you come across have some variation of the...
