This is something I was wondering about :). Lightning Source (the printer) charges a $1.5 handling for for prints on demand. Shipping also starts at $3.8. And then there's the print cost. It quickly adds up to 10ish dollars. Would you pay $ 10 for a 8 to 16 page softcover booklet?

I never bought a 3rd party product. Until recently, I had my hands full with official products. I was also underwhelmed with the 3rd party stuff my friends bought during the 3e era. And I'm a collectionner. If I don't have a high quality printed book, I'm not really interested.
