I agree with this statment and everything that Thanee is saying. But where is this statement backed up? The "If the target fails, you get one attack against that target as if it were flat-footed." part. frankthedm, I know your trying to be helpful. But I have exhausted that text. I even read it...

Either standard attack durring a surprise round or a full attack after hiding durring combat. Where is this rule? I know I've seen it somewhere, but unfortunatly I need it spelled out for a rules argument. I'm trying to show that the "-20 to a hide check to hide while attacking" is not needed...

1) I want to Full-attack someone standing next to my hiding spot. Am I considered invisible for any/all/none of the attacks? Assume more then 1 attack in the full attack sequence. 2) How about if I had used the invisibility spell instead of the hide skill. Any of the attacks or all of them? Thanks
