I've heard good things about Pathfinder, my question is how compatible is it with 3.5 WotC stuff? Can you use all your old 3.5 books with it, without modification? Thanks

I'm really looking forward to the VTT. I think I'm in the minority, but I think their current tack is a great idea. I hope some of the money they save on printing costs and put it into content.

Actual printed products, I think only the board games. And, for the next little bit the fate cards or whatever they're called as I think they'll be a good money maker for a while. Everything else done digitally.

Well, I don't know if this was their intention, but as someone who hasn't bought a book since they stopped being sold as pdf's if they delay much longer I may... just may have to go out and buy some dead tree copies.

I have a love hate relationship with them too... Love them in theory, not quite hate them in practice. Those ship tiles look very kool though. We switched over to electronic battle mat now though so I can let go of the love hate....

Are they really going to be supporting two versions of D&D at the same time. Or do you mean they'll just be supporting both halves of the same version at the same time?

Personally, I wish they would have called it 4.5. Then I might consider buying books again (the core books anyway). As it is now, I can survive quite easily on the compendium and character builder. I honestly have no idea where most of my characters powers feats... everything comes from.
