Clearly, when a shifter uses his racial power, extra nipples burst forth from his torso. It's not in the PH2 explicitly, but it's implied. There are nipples all over that book. EDIT: also, you could just consult the Nipples Table on the DM screen.

Okay, just for the sake of conversation, and because I'm curious: does the melee basic attack include weapon proficiency, or not? This time, I'm inclined to say no, if only because it makes the possibility of missing an AC of 10 slightly higher.

Like I said, I'm inclined to allow it, after seeing the delighted look on my fighter's face when he considered the idea of marking a target while also giving the rogue he was flanking it with a bonus to hit that stacked with their combat advantage. I just can't say no to those puppy dog eyes...

As cheesy as that is, I kind of love it. I know at least one of my players would revel in collecting them even if they had no in-play benefit... I have no idea about the others. At the very least, I would have fun coming up with silly names for the achievements.
